Cancellation and Late Policy
Please give 24 hours notice to cancel.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for new clients. New clients must fill out a health and consent form prior to services. Please arrive 5 min early for returning clients. I want to provide my clients with their full allotted time so please arrive early so that you can get every minute of your massage time.
No call/No show – If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment time without notifying me, there will be a 40% charge for the appointment.
